By accessing or using the Cookzi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Cookzi provides a platform for customers to find and book local cooks, and for cooks to offer their culinary services. We are a facilitator and are not a party to any agreements entered into between customers and cooks.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of Cookzi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing on the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cookzi is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
